You finally made up your mind that you want to move out of your parent’s house and stay in a condo by yourself. Nowadays, a lot of new condos are rising within the metro. You have a lot of options to choose from but which one should you select? There are a lot of things that you may want to consider when choosing your condo. I just listed only the three most important things you should consider so you can make the most out of your money.
Location - This is the key factor in selecting your condo. You have to consider weather its somewhere close to your office, to school, to the mall, the market, your church or if there is a public transportation available near (incase you don’t have your car yet). This will make your living convenient since all that you possibly need are just around the corner.
Budget - This is also one of the major things you have to consider. After choosing the right place, check you bank account and see if you can afford it. There are also banks that can also help you in getting the condo that you want. Do the math, be futuristic. If you think you can pay for the monthly amortization for the next years then go for it. Just make sure you check all your resources first and then see what you can get out of it.
Specifications - This also has to be put on consideration. Specifications is the how big or small the condo is, how many rooms are there (studio type, two bedrooms), is it fully furnished, which floor is it located, and the amenities it can offer.

How to Choose the Right Furniture
Decide on what theme you want – In selecting furniture, you have to make sure that all the items will go along with each other. Decide on which theme you want and then go from there. Themes may be casual, country, contemporary, eclectic or maybe traditional. You just have to make sure that the items will be uniform and standardized.
Lifestyle – This will include your budget for the furniture that you want. Check you wallet first and then try to evaluate what you can get from it. If you think that your budget doesn’t suit the theme that you want, then its either you see other theme that also suits you or maybe get each item one by one. You don’t have to rush yourself in getting all of the furniture that you want. So long as you follow your standards and your budget then you can never go wrong.
Priority – Just in case that you don’t have enough money to buy everything all at the same time, then get them one at a time. Just make sure first that you set priorities. Evaluate the furniture that you have right now and then go from there. Replace furniture with the new and then eventually all will come along.

Plant Bermuda Grass
My friend Sheryl just moved in to her new home here in the city. The house is so big and she wants to decorate it in her own. It’s an up and down 80 square meters house consists of 3 bedrooms, a dining area, living room, 2 bathrooms, a garage and a garden. The house is already fully furnished but the garden is still empty. She wants to put some Bermuda grass in it and a small fountain so that whenever she’s at home, she can relax easily. She also wants to plant some orchids and different kinds of flowers to make her garden colorful and lively. Sheryl and I went to a plant store to buy the things that she need and she hired someone to build her fountain. After 3 days, the fountain was finished and it looks fantastic. So we started to plant the Bermuda grass in her garden.
Planting Bermuda grass is'nt so hard; you just need to look for a good location where to plant it. Make sure that it will be directly heated by the sunlight and make sure that on the first few weeks you keep the area moist then after 3weeks you can lessen watering the grass to help the grass roots to grow deeper in the soil. You can also put some fertilizers so you can maintain that the grass is healthy. We also finished planting the orchids and flowers in the garden that time. Two months after, I came back to visit Sheryl and saw the plants that we planted in her garden. Our effort is worth it, it turned out to be very beautiful and the ambiance is so relaxing. Now I can say that my friend Sheryl is now finally at home in her dream house.
